Team Overview
Sheffield Recreational Volleyball is the less competitive side to Sheffield Volleyball Club. It was set up so new and old players with mixed ability could play for fun and socialise.
“Reccy” is a great place for new players to hone their skills in a forgiving environment. It’s also the place to go if you want to progress and look at playing for a team. The session is not suitable for beginners to attend, however if you are an adult beginner then get in touch and we can see what we can do to accommodate.
Many people attend the session, some every week and others as and when they can. It's a great place to socialise and you'll always be meeting new people.
Thanks to volleyball being so popular all over the world and Sheffield being such a diverse place, we have members from various countries and cultures.
Sessions run at 4pm - 6pm on a Sunday, with the occasional time change due to other bookings at the venue. The cost to play is £4 and you must have a Spond account to attend. Get in touch using our club email or social's to find out more.
